spicy grilled pork tenderloin

I received this rub recipe from Joe’s Butcher Shop, Carmel, In.



1 pork tenderloin

1 teaspoon garlic powder

3 tablespoons chipotle powder

1 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

4 tablespoons brown sugar

light olive oil

  • Rub olive onto pork
  • Mix dry spices
  • Rub onto pork, let sit at room temperature for 15 minutes
  • Preheat grill
  • Grill until cooked through about 20 minutes or until temperature reaches 140-150 degrees. Let sit 10 minutes.

Serve with couscous and green beans

Note: This is very spicy. For a less spicy version, use less chipotle.
