chopped greek salad


red onion, chopped or sliced

feta cheese ( try not to buy feta already crumbled, it is not as good)

cucumber, chopped

small, whole beets, chopped (not pickled or sweet)

sunflower seeds

Greek olives (optional)

Balsamic vinegar, to taste

olive oil, to taste

cracked pepper, to taste

dill, a couple pinches


  • Chop vegetables and mix onto plate
  • Sprinkle feta cheese, dill and sunflower seeds
  • Drizzle olive oil and vinegar over salad to taste (typically 3 parts oil to 1 part vinegar)
  • Top with cracked pepper
