I experienced this delightful salad at a summer barbecue.
grape tomatoes (3 packages or more for a larger crowd), halved
blue cheese, crumbled
gourmet, baby cucumbers, sliced
1/2 red onion, chopped
chopped walnuts ( 3/4 cup or to taste)
white balsamic vinegar (white is essential)
canola or olive oil
- Mix onion, cucumber, tomatoes and dressing.
- Crumble blue cheese and toss in with walnuts
- Use as much oil and vinegar to taste.
