Mixed greens power salad

Ingredients:

Spring mix lettuce or a mixture lighter lettuce

alfalfa or sprout mix

finely crumbled egg

crushed walnuts

Dressing:

1 cup light olive oil or canola oil

1/4 cup cider vinegar

parsley flakes

pepper

1 teaspoon lemon juice

Mix dressing ingredients well.

This is a healthy salad with good protein.
