dijon mustard salmon

I stumbled upon this one night when I was looking for  a new flavor for salmon.

Ingredients:

wild caught salmon

Dijon mustard

dried chives

honey

powdered wasabi

  • Mix mustard and wasabi to taste
  • Spread onto salmon
  • Heat olive oil in skillet
  • Add salmon to skillet
  • Sprinkle chives on top and drizzle honey on top, maybe a teaspoon for one fillet
  • Cook on both sides about 3-4 minutes on each side
