turkey sausage and feta pasta


1 package turkey sausage patties

marinara sauce

1 box whole grain rotini pasta

1 container feta cheese (whole, not crumbled)

  • Crumble turkey sausage
  • Heat skillet with olive oil, cook turkey until brown and cooked through
  • Drain turkey grease
  • Add meat to sauce
  • Boil pasta until al dente
  • Drain pasta
  • Mix sauce and pasta, crumble large chunks of feta in with pasta and sauce

Serve with green salad
