buttered wide noodles


1/2 bag of wide egg noodles ( buy a good quality brand, not the no yolk noodles)

seasoned bread crumbs (to taste)

1 stick of butter

black pepper

  • Boil noodles per directions on bag
  • In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in seasoned bread crumbs ( be careful not to brown the butter)
  • Drain noodles
  • Toss with butter mixture and pepper
