Radishes are delicious, affordable and nutritious. Here are ways to reinvent them back into your diet.

  • in salads
  • with dips
  • roasted with other veggies ( see roasted veggies under vegetarian)
  • thinly sliced and served on a  cracker with goat cheese
  • chopped and added to quinoa
  • julienne radishes and add to coleslaw
  • add to fried rice
  • add to nachos
  • eat with fondue
