brioche french toast

Ingredients:

12 pack brioche buns

6 eggs

1 1/4 cup whole milk

2 1/2 tablespoons sugar

lots of pumpkin spice seasoning ( or spices such as nutmeg, cloves, all spice and cinnamon)

For streusel:

1 1/4 cup flour

1 1/4 cup brown sugar

1/2 stick butter cut into small squares

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

Butter 8X9 baking dish and dust with cinnamon. Whisk together eggs, milk, sugar and spices. Tear buns into small pieces and add to baking dish, pour egg mixture on top. Cover and leave in fridge overnight. The next morning, add flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and butter in a bowl. Push fork into mixture until pea-sized pieces of butter are formed. Add to casserole. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.
