crab and cream cheese spread

My sister and mother make this recipe at family gatherings. I try not to make it any other time so it remains special. They make it the best.

Ingredients:

1 box cream cheese (8 ounce package) softened

2 packages imitation crab (sliced very small)

6-8 chopped green onions

1 tablespoon mayo

1 tablespoon lemon juice

  • Mix ingredients with a hand mixer to desired texture or hand mix.
  • Serve with crackers or celery.
  • Add cocktail sauce if you desire
