Ingredients:
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 fresh bunch of brussels sprouts
1 lemon
Kosher salt
fresh ground pepper
pine nuts
Directions:
- chop brussels sprouts into halves
- add olive oil to skillet
- place brussels face down in pan on medium-high and cook for 4-5 minutes
- add zest of one lemon and flip them over- and add the juice of 3/4 of a lemon
- add pine nuts and Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- cook 2-3 more minutes
