olive oil-dipping oil

Ingredients:

olive oil

garlic powder- moderate sprinkle

dried basil- a good sprinkle

dried oregano- a good sprinkle

Crushed red pepper- to taste

Kosher salt- not too much

Balsamic vinegar (fig flavor if available)- a couple of light swirls, the goal is not to makeĀ  a salad dressing

Mix all together to taste. Pour oil onto a plate so bread can soak up the oil. It works better than a bowl.

Serve with French or Italian bread.
