Ingredients:
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/4 cup water
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 whole skinless, boneless chicken breast, sliced into thin strips
1 green pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 red, orange or yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips
1 medium onion, sliced into thin strips
tortillas
sour cream, hot sauce optional
Directions:
Combine all spices, cornstarch, water and 2 tablespoons of oil. Add chicken, peppers and onion. Combine well.
Heat other tablespoon of oil in a large skillet, nonstick works well. Add all ingredients to the skillet and cook over high heat, stirring occasionally until chicken is cooked through. Add hot sauce and stir one more time.
Serve with tortillas, Spanish Rice and avocado slices.
