Ingredients:
boneless pork chops
flour
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove
1/4 onion
salt & pepper
3/4 cup Marsala wine
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- Dredge pork chops in flour
- Chop onion into chunks
- Mince garlic
- Heat oil in pan on medium-high
- Add onion and garlic to pan, saute 1 minute
- Add pork and fry until brown, turn down heat to medium to medium low
- Add Marsala wine, salt & pepper (to taste) and 1/4 teaspoon basil
- Simmer on low for 30 minutes or until done
Serve with pasta or Jackie o’s mashed potato variations and broccoli
