Ingredients:
1 small red onion diced
1.5 tablespoons olive oil
2 (14 oz.) cans chickpeas
1/2-3/4 cup chopped parsley
juice of one lemon
4-5 ounces crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup Zante currants
salt and pepper, optional
Mix everything together and serve! Add more currants if you prefer.
