I stumbled upon this one night when I was looking forĀ a new flavor for salmon.
Ingredients:
wild caught salmon
Dijon mustard
dried chives
honey
powdered wasabi
- Mix mustard and wasabi to taste
- Spread onto salmon
- Heat olive oil in skillet
- Add salmon to skillet
- Sprinkle chives on top and drizzle honey on top, maybe a teaspoon for one fillet
- Cook on both sides about 3-4 minutes on each side
