pan fried cod

Ingredients:

cod, cut in smaller pieces ( ask for the end of the fish)

seasoning salt

cayenne pepper

flour

breadcrumbs

egg

olive oil

Directions:

  • Beat egg in bowl
  • Dip cod in egg
  • Mix flour, breadcrumbs, seasoning salt and cayenne pepper
  • Dredge fish in flour mixture
  • Fry in olive oil, enough so pan is not at all dry
