Ingredients:
cod, cut in smaller pieces ( ask for the end of the fish)
seasoning salt
cayenne pepper
flour
breadcrumbs
egg
olive oil
Directions:
- Beat egg in bowl
- Dip cod in egg
- Mix flour, breadcrumbs, seasoning salt and cayenne pepper
- Dredge fish in flour mixture
- Fry in olive oil, enough so pan is not at all dry
