Ingredients:
1/2 bag of wide egg noodles ( buy a good quality brand, not the no yolk noodles)
seasoned bread crumbs (to taste)
1 stick of butter
black pepper
- Boil noodles per directions on bag
- In a saucepan, melt butter and mix in seasoned bread crumbs ( be careful not to brown the butter)
- Drain noodles
- Toss with butter mixture and pepper
